School Uniform
Q: An item is out of stock, can I still order it?
A: If an item is out of stock online, it is also out of stock in store. We continually replenish stock so please get in touch if you would like more information about deliveries.
Q: Why is the cost of uniform different in every shop?
A: After each school issues their uniform regulations, it is up to the shops to choose how to supply approved products. Some shops will source the cheapest cloths available and others will balance cost with quality. This is why the shops that have the better quality products that last longer, cost more.
Wedding Suits
Stage 1:- First Visit This is the initial consultation, which is usually done by groom and one or two other people. Once suits are chosen, a deposit is taken which confirms your order.
Stage 2:- Fitting Stage Fittings are usually done around 6 weeks before the wedding. Usually done via an appointment in which everyone in the party is fitted and sizes are recorded.
Stage 3. Final fit/ Collection Suits are usually ready 5 days before the wedding and we require everyone within the party to collect and try their suit on in store, in case of any last minute amendments.
Q: When do I need to come in to book?
A: Wedding suits are usually booked around 6 months to a year before a wedding. If you would like to book earlier / later than this, it is not usually a problem.

A: To book wedding hire suits, the minimum deposit is £300. This includes a security deposit of £100 which is refundable when the suits are returned according to our T&C's.
Q: When do I need to bring my men in to be fitted?
A: We request fittings to be done around 6 weeks before the wedding. If anyone is unable to be fitted in store, measurements can be sent in to us. We will then have a suit put together based on those measurements, to be tried on and checked at collection (up to the day before)
Q: Can I buy suits for my wedding?
A: Yes, we have full packages available to buy. We recommend visiting around 6 months prior to your wedding.
Single Suit Hire
Q: When do I need to come in to book a suit?
A: We recommend reserving a suit 2 weeks before it is required. Orders placed earlier than this may not have suits set aside with order so the suit will be added closer to the time.
Q: Can I hire a suit for longer than 1 day?
A: Yes, you can hire a suit for up to 2 weeks before it becomes better value to buy it rather than hire. The normal hire fee includes collection the day before it is required and returned the following working day (we are closed on Sundays) Each further day you have the suit is charged at £10 daily.
