Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please note that shirts, tights, and socks are not eligible for a refund if they have been removed from their packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like shirts and blouses, hosiery (such as socks, tights), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is contact us on 028 9045 9052 to arrange an exchange in store.
Refunds
Refunds can be issued up to 30 days after purchase under Terms and Conditions. After 30 days only faulty items can be returned up to 6 months for a repair, replacement/ exchange or credit note.
